1. Description of Business

STT SYSTEM INDUSTRY USA LLC sells spare parts for Nordson equipment. Our products are manufactured by STT SYSTEM INDUSTRY in the European Union and are not affiliated with or infringe on any patents held by Nordson.

2. B2B Collaboration

We collaborate exclusively with B2B companies within the USA.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit card and through the Shopify platform. If necessary, we can issue an invoice for Wire or ACH transfers.

4. Shipping Policy

If the ordered product is in stock, it will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed by 10:00 AM New York time. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

5. Return and Refund Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by force majeure events such as floods, tornadoes, or other unforeseen natural disasters.
